After seeing on line advertisement I Made inquiry about test driving a Mach E and checking out a 3 year lease. Liked the car and presented them with a color and option list I was interested in. They found a car a couple of hours away, but it had been sold. Decided I wanted the bigger battery, glad I did. They found another car, and put together a lease package. I purchased a $85,000 King Ranch on Halloween. Do you think they would have a person there to detail the truck before it left the lot, instead of having the salesman just spritz the windows with cleaner and smear the crap out of them? Well, whatever.
Took my fusion to Oroville Ford for the 45k service. Was charged nearly 300 and did not get a complete service done. Ford did not have the tools to clean the injectors. Also had an oil change completed as part of the service, I have no idea what oil was used and if they actually changed anything. No window sticker on when the next oil change is due (mileage, date, oil type).
