Had a great experience at Oroville Ford. I had already spoken with Victor our salesman prior to showing up. When we got there he greeted us with a huge smile and handshake. Showed us the couple trucks we were looking at. Went through the test drive, and answered all of our questions. The paperwork process was amazing with them. We never felt pressured at any time. Worked with us to get our payments to where we wanted them. Even though we had gotten there close to their closing time we never felt hurried through the process. Amazing experience and left with a brand new truck. Will be going there first from now on for future vehicles.

I purchased a $85,000 King Ranch on Halloween. Do you think they would have a person there to detail the truck before it left the lot, instead of having the salesman just spritz the windows with cleaner and smear the crap out of them? Well, whatever.
Took my fusion to Oroville Ford for the 45k service. Was charged nearly 300 and did not get a complete service done. Ford did not have the tools to clean the injectors. Also had an oil change completed as part of the service, I have no idea what oil was used and if they actually changed anything. No window sticker on when the next oil change is due (mileage, date, oil type). Also, previous services at other ford dealers (Elk Grove, Gridley) were more satisfying and made me feel like they appreciated my business. The other ford dealers washed and vacuumed during their services and you had a clean car with no grease prints. The new location looks nice, the cashier was nice, but bottom line I don't trust the work completed by the staff and feel that the 45k service is a ripoff and I could of or should of went next door to jiffy lube for better service. 300 gets you an oil change, fluids topped off, tread wear checked, brakes checked, hoses checked. Sounds like what jiffy lube or speedee does for around $50.00 Only filter changed was the oil filter, no air filter, cabin filter or fuel filter changed. T.S.
